DELIVERY INFORMATION
Deliveries only within the Cyprus Republic region and on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). No deliveries on holidays or weekends.
We currently offer 3 ways of supplying our products to you:
– FREE
Local pick-up after contacting P.B.S. by phone: 77770045. The order processing time is 1 to 2 working days. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an SMS, an email, or a phone call.
– CUSTOMER SERVICE STATIONS
Delivery to an Akis Express or ACS Courier branch of your choice for Light Items weighing up to 10kg.
There is a charge of €3.5 per order. When your order is ready for pick up you will be notified via SMS by the courier service (Akis Express or ACS Courier).
– HOME DELIVERY
For your own service, we have added the Door-to-Door home delivery service for products weighing up to 20kg.
There is a charge of €5 per order. When your order is ready to be delivered to your location you will be notified via phone by the delivery person.
– HOME DELIVERY
Door to door home delivery for large and/or heavy items weighing 21kg and over. There is a charge of €15 per order and in some cases, we may not be able to deliver to your desired location. When your order is ready to be delivered to your location you will be notified via phone by the delivery person.
Also, for large and heavy items we can offer you the Assembly service. There is a charge of €30 in total for Nicosia district and €50 in total for the rest of the county.
However, in any case we will contact you in advance to inform you and make arrangements accordingly. In cases of remote areas where home delivery cannot be carried out, you may choose one of the other delivery methods.
We promise to do our best to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
Please note that delivery times are only estimates… They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
We cannot take responsibility for orders and delivery delays outside our organization’s control and for delays that occur as a result of Acts of God like fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster, war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
Please note:
We will never dispatch product if damaged. UPON COLLECTION always check carefully and make sure that the external packaging IS intact, to avoid receiving a faulty or non-fully functioning products. After you sing to receive the product, you accept the product as it is and you have no claim regarding the packaging and the general condition of the product.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns for the products can be made only with a presentation of proof of purchase, provided that the products have not been used and the product condition is at exactly the state when originally purchased, and no longer than within seven (7) working days from the invoice date.
P.B.S. has the right to withhold 20% of the product value if the product has been used or if the condition is not in its original condition.
