Returns for the products can be made only with a presentation of proof of purchase, pro-vided that the products have not been used and the product condition is at exactly the state when originally purchased, and no longer than within seven (7) working days from the in-voice date.

P.B.S. has the right to withhold 20% of the product value if the product has been used or if the condition is not in its original condition.
